We welcome referrals from courts, clinical teams, case managers, discharge planners, probation and parole, and community-based behavioral health partners seeking structured housing options for individuals who need stability, accountability, and coordinated support.

Our residential model is designed to complement existing treatment and supervision plans by providing a safe, well-managed living environment with clear expectations, resident support, and coordination with outside providers.
