Medication adherence and continuity of care matter for a successful placement. JLSP Foundation provides a structured living environment that supports routine and follow-through. We coordinate with each resident's own prescriber and treatment team. We reinforce the plan already in place. We do not replace it.

Every referral gets a response within 24 hours and bed availability confirmed. Placement follows in 48 to 72 hours. Case management begins Day One.
Our priority is a safe and dignified and compliant housing environment. Residents focus on stabilization and engagement with their own treatment plan and successful reentry into the community. Case managers and treatment teams stay focused on supervision and clinical outcomes because we hold the housing and structure steady.
Placement is built on a confirmed funding source. Rates depend on room configuration and placement needs and verified income and available funding pathways that can help cover this housing for those who qualify. A baseline operating rate applies. We review exact terms directly with each referral partner during placement.
